1. How do I become an Affiliate? back
To become an Affiliate, you will need create a standard membership account.
By registering you will automatically become an affiliate. When your logged to the system, follow the link to view your Affiliate Stats.
2. What is my Affiliate link? back
Your affiliate ID is a 6 digit number. Navigate to the Affiliates page. Your Affiliate link is displayed there.
3. Can I customize my Affiliate link? back
Yes, you may link to any page on our site that includes our standard "header", for example your ads list or ad page.
Ensure your link contains your Affiliate ID. Your affiliate ID is a 6 digit number and must contain no trailing or leading spaces otherwise your referrals
may not be recorded eg ?affid=100001
4. Can I use a picture or banner instead of a text link? back
Yes, a picture or 486x60 banner may be used as long as its an approved logo / image or banner that clearly promotes our Website.
5.Referrals explained. back
Referrals are members that have arrived and/or registered on our web site after following your Affiliate link.
When a new Referral arrives at our site a cookie
is set on thier browser to record your Affiliate Id.
When the new referral creates a membership account your Affiliate ID is recorded as the referring affiliate.
Each time the new member makes a purchase you are assigned a commission for that sale.
6. Locked Explained. back
Payments are initially Locked. The Locked period is shown in the Affiliates Info Panel. Payments are initially locked to account for possible Refunds, Reversals or
Fraudulent payments that may occur.
Once the locked period has expired funds are then available for transfer.
7. Paid Explained. back
This is your total amount of payouts.
8. Reserved Explained. back
Our site sets a Reserved level. Requests for payment cannot be made unless your Balance amount is equal to or greater than the Reserved Level.
9. Reversed Explained. back
In rare circumstances, a payment we recieve for which you are due an Affiliate commission will be Reversed by our payment processor provider eg(PayPal, 2Checkout, etc).
Reversals can occur because of a purchaser requesting a refund or a fraudulent payment. If we recieve notice of a reversal from our payment processor provider,
we must also reverse any Affilliate commission payment records.
10. How do I request Payment of my balance? back
Balance payments requests can be initiated from the Affliate Stats page.
Important: You must have a valid PayPal account where affiliate funds can be transferred to!
Providing your balance is greater than the Reserved level and Payments have surpassed the Locked period you may initiate a Request for payment by
entering your PayPal email address into the "Request Payment:" form.
You will recieve a confirmation email to the email address you registered with us at registration to confirm the details of the Request. If all details of
the request are correct you Must send a confirmation email by return email to us before payment can be made to your PayPal account.
This process is a manual process to protect both ourselves and our affiliates from fraudulent payment requests.
11. Pending Payments Explained. back
Once a payment request has been initiated as outlined above, the request is placed in Pending status.
Once the confirmation email has been returned to us confirming your payment details, then Payment can be made. At that time
You will recieve notification from PayPal of our payment to you and the Pending status will be updated with the Payment Invoice Number.
12. What Commission do you pay Affiliates? back
Affiliates are paid a Flat commission rate as a percentage(%) of each sale by one of their referrers.
For example if the current affiliate commission rate is 10% and one of your Referrers makes a perchase of $50, you as their Affiliate would recieve $5(10%).
